Good quality information is essential to the delivery of modern, safe and effective mental health, learning disability and community services.
This is why we continually track and measure what we are doing.
We use a range of information including figures, graphs and narrative to help improve and monitor the quality of our services, and make sure we operate efficiently, effectively and economically.
Our Trust Board uses performance reports to make sure we are meeting our goals and delivering high quality services for local people.
