Making a donation to charitable funds

Both our staff and people who use Trust services have lots of ideas how investment could support new innovative projects, but without the funding some of these can’t be followed through. To enable the fund to continue to help projects it requires a continued flow of donations.

To help support the charity staff, service users, carers, the public and Trust members are encouraged to keep the fund in mind.

It might be that you’d like to make a donation to the charitable funds as a thank you gift for staff who have looked after someone in your family or a friend. Or you might just want to offer a donation to help people in your community receive the best service user experience possible.

You might hold a cake sale at your local community centre and donate the takings to the fund or take part in a local sporting event in aid of the Trust.

If you have any ideas of how you could support the charitable funds get together with service users, friends or colleagues and put them into practice! Or, if you’re planning a sporting activity, why not consider getting sponsorship for Trust funds?

JustGiving supports charities by providing access to online and mobile technology so that people can make donations straight into the charities account. Charities are charged just a small fee on donations, but in the UK an extra 25% can be reclaimed on each donation in Gift Aid, meaning more money for the charity.
