North and Central community mental health team (CMHT)

A community mental health team (CMHT) is a group of specially trained people who work together to offer support to people who are experiencing mental health difficulties.

To be contacted by the team you would have agreed to be referred to us. Our team is made up of different people who have skills in different specialist areas. Depending on your needs you may see one or more professionals from within the team. Some of the team are trained in specialist family interventions in addition to working with individuals.
