Adult learning disability psychology service

We offer specialist psychological assessment and interventions to adults with learning disabilities and additional psychological difficulties or conditions (for example autistic spectrum conditions). To be eligible for referral to our service individuals must be aged 18 or older. Our team offer help and support with a full range of psychological problems and provide education, training and consultancy to staff and carers of those with a learning disability.

We work directly with service users, their family and carers to ensure the best possible care for their loved one. Our work spans the community and we provide psychology advice to the Trust’s Horizon Centre when required.
