What’s it about?
Kirklees Green Pathways works with young people aged 16-24 with a mental health condition. The young people attend regular outdoor sessions working on creating and restoring wildlife friendly habitats, species surveying, arts & crafts activities.
A participation fee of £2.00 is required.
Who’s it for?
People aged 16-24 who use our services such as carers and staff.
When?
Sessions throughout the week at various times and lengths.
Where?
Various venues in North and South Kirklees.
