What’s it about?
The Trust has its own football league for people who use our services – it is called the Good Mood Football League.
The league enables people with an interest in football of varying levels of ability and at different stages of the rehabilitation process to access the sport. Teams are made up of players who have all used mental health services.
By taking part we hope to encourage people to:
- increase their motivation
- increase their physical health and wellbeing
- boost their mood and psychological wellbeing
Who’s this project for?
Open to all Trust service users 18+, carers/staff, and external organisations.
Where and when?
Quarterly, at The Zone, St Andrews’ Road, Huddersfield, HD1 6PT. Next event Wednesday 6 September, 11am – 2pm.
