What’s it about?
Yorkshire Sport Foundation is wanting to pilot a project putting on 2 monthly activity session for people with mental health problems in Wakefield. The sessions will be held at a location which is easily accessible by public transport. One of the sessions will be a group sports activity and the other will be more of an individual activity. The sessions will be 1 hour long and lead by a qualified deliverer. We are hoping to start these sessions in November.
When does it take place?
The session takes place Mondays 11am – 12pm.
