Project outline
Friendly and fun singing sessions. For all those who want to sing – from people told they can’t do it to those who believe they can!
There is growing evidence to show that singing increases feelings of well-being, reduces stress, improves confidence and self-esteem, improves posture and aids sleep. Singing in a group increases the sense of a connection with others.
Come along, have fun, meet others and sing your heart out!
Feedback from previous participants:
“General happiness & feeling connected to others has definitely improved & my sense of self-confidence. It has helped me with a lot of anxiety based issues. It is a great way to feel uplifted & escape from anything difficult that’s going on in your life.”
“I always thought that I couldn’t sing but now I know that anyone can.”
This course is open to all. No requirement to read music and no previous experience needed.
