What we can’t help with
Whilst the customer care team is here to do everything it can to help, there are certain limitations. These include:
- We act as neutral mediators. We are not advocates. However, where an advocate is required the team will be more than happy to put you in touch with a specialist, local advocacy service.
- We can not deal directly with staffing issues, although where appropriate, issues will be referred to the Trust’s human resources (HR) department.
- We can not deal with requests for compensation.
- We can not help with patient and public involvement, but would be happy to refer you to the inclusion team.
