What affects our mental health?

Lots of things in life make us feel up, down, sad, happy, angry or excited.

We all know how it feels to have a bad day, or to feel sad, heartbroken or just plain miserable.

Feeling up and down is part of growing up, but sometimes it can become more.

There are some things that happen in our lives as we grow up that can really affect our mental health and in this section we go through some of them.

But remember mental health problems can also happen even if everything seems to be going ok, there doesn’t always have to be a reason.
