It’s official! Our Trust is helping you get the balance right! The Trust has been awarded the ‘Practice’ status of the Improving Working Lives (IWL) Standard.

IWL reflects the Trust’s commitment, within its vision, values and goals, to support staff in achieving a healthy work life balance.
