Launch of the new Perinatal Mental Health Service in Barnsley

As part of the official launch of the new perinatal mental health service, we will be launching the service in each of our four areas. The next launch event will be in Barnsley on Wednesday 22 November, 11am-12.30pm in the Core.

This will be an opportunity to meet the team and find out about how the service aims to improve the wellbeing and health of pregnant women and new mothers in the Barnsley area.

Our new perinatal mental health service will work closely with midwives, health visitors and all of the agencies that provide support to pregnant women and mums in the Barnsley area. It will provide specialist and tailored care across Barnsley, Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield.

The events are tailored towards partners, stakeholders and anyone with an interest in perinatal mental health.
