General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)


The GDPR is a new law that is designed to strengthen data protection for individuals within the European Union, including the UK. It will come into effect from 25 May 2018 and its main objective is to give you better control of your personal data.

South West Yorkshire Partnership Foundation Trust is accountable/responsible for how the information it holds about you is used.
