Equality Delivery System (EDS2) 2019

Calderdale Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), Greater Huddersfield and North Kirklees Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs),  NHS Wakefield Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust would like to invite you to join the Equality Delivery System (EDS2) Panels to assess the equality performance of local NHS organisations and have a say in the performance of local healthcare organisations in relation to equality. Involving local people and communities in developing local health services is important to us and we would like you to join us at the following events:

Barnsley

EDS2 Event: Monday 25March, 10am – 12.30pm
Board room – conference centre, Kendray Hospital, Barnsley, S70 3RD

Calderdale

Both events will be held at the Elsie Whiteley Innovation Centre, Halifax, HX1 5ER
