An update on our services from Thursday 5 November

A new national lockdown starts on Thursday 5 November. During this time we will continue to carry out all aspects of our service delivery including any home visits, clinics, telephone and video appointments;  as we have done in recent months. We will continue to monitor the situation and will be in touch with you direct if any changes affect you or your care.

If you have any worries or would like to talk to someone about your upcoming appointment please speak to your care coordinator, key worker or clinician.
