Members’ council objectives 2026 – 27
Our members’ council has a set of objectives with clearly defined areas for improvement, timescales, and governors taking the lead on the action. These include:
The future
The members’ council will work with the Trust to ensure a seamless transition into the future structure of the NHS.
Involvement
The members’ council will be the “voice” of the communities that we serve and will reflect back to the Trust all aspects of communication.
Quality
The members’ council will ensure that quality improvement is at the heart of all the Trust’s activities.
Effectiveness
The members’ council will comply with all its statutory and constitutional duties.
