Board meetings and papers
COVID 19 statement:
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Trust Chair has taken the decision to suspend non-urgent and non-essential business, in line with national guidance and decisions taken through our emergency planning structures. We will hold all Trust Board and board committee meetings remotely, using tele/video conferencing technology, until further notice. The Board of Directors will continue to meet in private but is unable to hold a meeting in public at this time. Key performance information and board meeting minutes will still be published on this website, and interested members of the public are invited to submit questions to email@example.com. Thank you for your understanding at this difficult time.
We hold eight Board meetings a year. These meetings are open to anyone – including people who use our services, their carers, our members, partner organisations, members of the public and the media. The meetings are a chance for Board members and other staff to discuss and make decisions on how the Trust operates and how our services are developed. In each meeting there is an opportunity for anyone to ask questions.
When the agenda and papers are available for a meeting, there is a link to it next to the date of the meeting. If there is no link, then the agenda is not yet available. Some documents are not available to the public because they are confidential and publicity surrounding them may be damaging to public interest. We realise that these minutes are written in a very formal way and could be confusing if you do not know the background to the issues. If you would like help understanding these minutes or have any queries about anything in them, please email us or call 0800 587 2108.
You can also find our guidance on reserving matters to a private session of Trust Board.
