Text message feedback

We use text messaging to gather feedback from service users.

Following your appointment, you will receive a text message asking for your feedback on the care and treatment that you have received from South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

The text message will say:

“Hello. You or a family member were recently looked after by the staff at South West Yorkshire Partnership Trust, and they would benefit from your feedback. Please click the following link to tell us about your experience. https://www.southwestyorkshire.nhs.uk/about-us-2/performance/friends-and-family-test/friends-and-family-test-links/

Please note we are unable to respond to text messages. Information on how to contact the Trust is on our website on the link above.’’

The link will take you to the Trust website where you select the appropriate link for the service you are providing feedback for.

All feedback is anonymous and unfortunately, we are not able to respond to any questions that we receive by text. If you have any concerns about your care or treatment, please speak to a member of staff or contact the customer services team on 08005 872 108.
