Update: Changes to sharing of health records due to coronavirus

Text message feedback

We use text messaging to gather feedback from service users.

Following your appointment you will receive a text message asking for your feedback on the care and treatment that you have received from South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

The text message will ask the following question.

“Overall, how was your experience of the service provided by South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust?”

You will be asked to respond with a scale from ‘very good’ to ‘don’t know’, which will be followed up with an additional question asking why you gave this response.

Your response is anonymous and unfortunately we are not able to respond to any questions that we receive by text. If you have any concerns about your care or treatment please speak to a member of staff or contact the customer services team on 08005 872 108.

This service is free. You will not be charged for receiving or responding our text message.

If you do not wish to receive these text messages from us then please respond with ‘stop’.

If you do not receive a text following your appointment and wish to give your feedback on the care and treatment that you have received you can look for further details in the reception or waiting room or ask a member of staff for a Friends and Family Test card.
