Greg joined our Trust in April 2022, having held senior People/HR roles in the NHS since 2010, working at director level in mental health, community, and acute hospital settings. Prior to joining the NHS Greg worked in local government, after spending his early career in the private sector. Greg holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
Greg firmly believes that front-line teams should be in the driving seat, and he is committed to empowering staff to deliver change and removing the obstacles that can slow down transformation. He is passionate about apprenticeships, diversity, and team-based working.
