Sean Rayner

Over half of Sean’s 35 year career with the NHS has been working as an executive director meaning he brings wide ranging leadership skills.

These skills coupled with his commitment to a community focus have seen him chair a range of partnerships and servicer user and carer partnership boards, and he has experience in working with external organisational partners and primary care colleagues.

Sean’s experience extends to the voluntary and community services sector, for example as a member of the HMP Wealstun Independent Monitoring Board, Trustee for Barnsley Premier Leisure, working with people with learning disabilities.
Sean is responsible for our leadership of specific strategic developments including our contribution to regional programmes of work being delivered through West Yorkshire Collaboratives, and provider developments in Wakefield and Kirklees.
