Creative Partners A - Z

Our Trust aims to support voluntary and community organisations to deliver, in partnership, a variety of creative projects to the people who use our services and their carers.

The aim of this work is to ensure there is a strong infrastructure of community organisations able to work with the us to provide excellent creative projects for the people who access our services.

To do this we have set up two distinct initiatives: Creative Minds Projects and Creative Minds Partners.

Black Dog Outdoors is a registered charity that provides affordable outdoor activities, such as walking and paddlesports, to promote and support improved mental health.  Their events are planned and led by qualified outdoor professionals, and supported by mental health first aid trained staff, to create a safe space for the attendees.
