Creative Partners A - Z

Our Trust aims to support voluntary and community organisations to deliver, in partnership, a variety of creative projects to the people who use our services and their carers.

The aim of this work is to ensure there is a strong infrastructure of community organisations able to work with the us to provide excellent creative projects for the people who access our services.

To do this we have set up two distinct initiatives: Creative Minds Projects and Creative Minds Partners.

Creative Recovery are a grassroot charity based in Barnsley that uses creativity to support mental health and recovery, boost well-being, build communities and bring about social change.

Dewsbury Nourish to Flourish

Dewsbury Nourish to Flourish is a dynamic, women-led community project empowering women through creative skills,
holistic wellbeing, and peer support. Each week, participants gain confidence, reduce isolation, and build practical skills through baking, cooking, soap making, mindfulness, and co-designed activities, fostering resilience, connection, and new pathways to personal and economic growth.

The charity aims to support people and use outdoor space to help improve both physical and mental health and wellbeing.  Growing works recognise, through using outdoor therapy, that the health of our environment is also vitally important. Holme Valley Sharing Memories

The aim of the group is to bring together older people to share their memories of the past with each other and with the wider community and to use these shared memories as a basis for creating high-quality artworks. With the support of two artists, Sharing Memories works with local schools and other community groups on a range of projects which celebrate and interpret our lives and our locality.
