What’s it about?
Our drama group are in the developments stages of a new production centred around the experiences of service users who have been subject to Hate Crime in the community. This will be delivered in a discussion show style by members of the group. The stories are based on true events and this will add to the impact of the piece. All service users are extremely committed to this drama as it has touched the lives of many of them. The outcome will be a message to everyone who does not realise the potential harm that people with learning disabilities face.
Who are we?
Our drama team is made up of adults with learning disabilities who are referred to us mainly through social services.
