Kirklees natural achievers

What’s it about?

Froglife provides community-based physical activities using the natural environment to provide training in a wide range of skills and to develop peer support and social opportunities.

The project forms part of the MENtal wellbeing programme and men are drawn from across all sectors to take part in a twelve week programme. Six weeks is spent on a group activity followed by a six week personal project ending with a celebration event. This is a rolling programme with a new group joining the programme every twelve weeks. Participants who have completed the full programme are invited to become mentors/volunteers to support beginners.

Who’s it for?

This project is for people with mental health problems.

When?

Every Tuesday, 10am-4pm.

Where?

Location varies.
