Qudos Creates continues to support people who directly engage in our projects. In line with government guidance, our projects are being delivered remotely. During this challenging time we will be providing:
- Weekly one to one personal wellbeing phone calls
- Weekly group creative activity and social meet-up facilitated Skype sessions
- Responsive email and text contact and communication.
What’s it about?
Participants engage in creative activities that can support the management and recovery from mental health issues. Relaxation techniques and self-expression are explored as well as craft and art based activities.
Who’s it for?
Open to all adults (over 16).
When?
Fridays 1.30 – 3.30pm.
