What’s it about?
A series of creative activity sessions for people with mental health issues. The session has four key activity elements: group circle, creative, reflection and relaxation. These are designed to address barriers to positive mental health and wellbeing.
Who is this project for?
Adults who use SWYPFT services and/or their carers, inpatients and referrals.

Weekly sessions.
