Sport Works – Mindful living

A six-week online mindfulness programme beginning in June 2020. The programme supports positive wellbeing and resilience for anyone who wants to learn a series of strategies to reduce stress and feel better about themselves. What’s more, you can join live sessions from the comfort of your own home!

This project is available for anyone aged 18 and over in Calderdale and Kirklees.
