What’s it about?
A Forest School project working specifically with local high school age adolescents with mental health difficulties. Being outside and connecting with nature has recognised benefits for supporting positive mental health and Forest School principles help nurture young people and build confidence, resilience and self-esteem. Using the Five Ways To Wellbeing and Thrive principles to underpin our project, we will help support young people to understand and manage their own mental health needs.
