The Basement Recovery Project will be introducing Zoom arts and crafts group sessions, a walking and running club and Zoom guided meditation in Calderdale and Kirklees.
Arts and crafts, exercise and meditation will help to reduce stress, boost confidence, increase empathy, boost brain productivity and helps to reduce the effects of serious health conditions as well as supporting the Five Ways to Wellbeing agenda.
The project is for people in recovery from addiction, alongside the wider Creative Minds community.
