Patient Experience Network National Awards (PENNA) 2015

Creative Minds has been recognised at this year’s Patient Experience Network National Awards (PENNA) – winning the ‘strengthening the foundation’ category!

We were also runners-up in the ‘including social care to improve the experience’ and ‘partnership working to improve the experience’ categories. The annual Patient Experience Network National Awards recognise and celebrate the people in the healthcare industry who are leading the way by delivering excellent patient experience and care.

HSJ Awards 2014 

Creative Minds recently won the 2014 HSJ Award for ‘Compassionate Patient Care’.

The HSJ Awards are the largest celebration of healthcare excellence in the UK, highlighting the most innovative and successful people and projects in the sector. Judges said that the Creative Minds initiative took user-led services to a different level, hailing “the empowerment of service users that demonstrates personal and economic benefits for individuals, families and whole communities.” Read more about our award-win.
