Creative Minds applications
Creative Minds aims to support voluntary and community organisations to deliver, in partnership with us, a variety of creative projects for people who use our NHS Trust services, their carers and our communities.
The aim of this work is to ensure there is a strong infrastructure of community organisations able to work with us and support health and wellbeing.
To do this we have set up two distinct initiatives: Creative Minds Projects and Creative Minds Partners.
Creative Minds projects
By “Creative Minds projects” we mean a creative initiative we fund for a specified period of time. If you wish to have an informal discussion about a project application or project idea, please contact the Creative Minds team on 01924 316 285 or email creativeminds@swyt.nhs.uk
Creative Minds partners applications
By “Creative Minds partners” we mean a trusted organisation set up to be a preferred NHS supplier. Potential partners can get in touch with the team using 01924 316 285 or email creativeminds@swyt.nhs.uk

These organisations offer activities that are based on either the arts, leisure, recreation, horticulture, physical activity or sport which would benefit people who may use South West Yorkshire Partnership Teaching NHS Foundation Trust services , their carers and the communities we serve.
