Anti-Fraud Bribery and Corruption Policy

South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (The Trust) is committed to reducing the level of fraud, bribery and corruption within the NHS to an absolute minimum and keeping it at that level, freeing up public resources for better patient care.  When fraud is proven, the Trust will seek the appropriate disciplinary, regulatory, civil and criminal sanctions, and will attempt to recover losses where possible.  This policy is endorsed by the Trust’s Audit Committee.
