This policy sets out the Trust’s approach to the provision of interpreting, transcribing and translation services. It also sets out a framework for the principles and practice of working with interpreters and gives guidance on appropriate use of transcriptions, telephone and face-to-face interpreters. The operational policy and the associated booking instructions provide staff with the information required to access the relevant services.
