The aim of this policy is to seek to handle all change in a sensitive and constructive manner taking all reasonable steps to avoid or minimise unnecessary reorganisation, displacement of staff and job losses. To ensure employees understand the reason for change and are engaged throughout the process. To minimise anxiety and disruption to employees during change and work in partnership with staff representatives.
