Trust strategy engagement
Overview
Earlier in the year we reached out to hear the voice of our communities to support our ambition of being relevant for today and ready for tomorrow. We are currently taking some time to refresh our Trust strategy. Our strategy is our medium to long term plan that describes what we will do in the next five years. This includes how we can improve things for our workforce, our services, and the support we give to families and carers. It’s important to understand your perspective on what you think is going well, what could be better and how we can develop our organisation for the future.
Our Trust Strategy Engagement Report is now available which presents an overview of the insight received and reviewed during February – May this year. The full strategy goes live in the Autumn. This insight will also support the development of our Clinical, Digital Equality, Involvement, Communication and Membership strategy.
