#allofusconversation
Being relevant for today and ready for tomorrow

In 2024 we began our #allofusconversation, seeking views and feedback as a part of our work to refresh our Trust strategy, and develop a new clinical strategy.
We are very proud of our new strategy, and of the extensive engagement that helped us to pull it all together. We engaged with over 1,500 people in our local communities, a quarter of our colleagues, and with all of our partners and stakeholders.
We would like thank everyone who contributed for their invaluable contribution. The insight allowed us to understand more about the views of our communities, service users, carers and staff; and has directly influenced the new Trust strategy that was developed as a result of our engagement and the conversations we held.
Our purpose has not changed. Our extensive, inclusive engagement has confirmed that this statement is recognised widely and fully embraced by all, and it is therefore restated in our refreshed strategy as our collective purpose to help people reach their potential and live well in their community.
The insight has helped us to develop a strategy that is locally focused, puts people at the centre of the care we provide, focuses on reducing health inequalities, and has shaped our three strategic aims:
- We will live our values
- We will be the Best we can be
- We will be ambitious for our service users, carers and staff
Our strategy describes our role within our neighbourhoods, communities and places. It sets out how we will work and what we will achieve together. As our overall Trust strategy, it informs all of our other strategies and plans, and provides a way for us to be clear about our focus and direction.
You can find the final copy of our strategy, including an easy read version and a one page summary below.
