#allofusconversation

Being relevant for today and ready for tomorrow

Image montage of staff. We are taking some time to refresh our Trust strategy. Our strategy is our medium to long term plan that describes what we are going to do in the next five years. This includes how we can improve things for our workforce, our services, and the support we give to families and carers. It is very important to us that we understand your perspective on what you think is going well, what could be better and how we can develop our organisation for the future.

We are also developing our clinical strategy at the same time. We know that our clinical approach will support our workforce, who are key to ensuring that our hospitals and community teams are in the best possible position to provide outstanding physical and mental health care in a modern healthcare system and environment over the next five years.

Your views will help shape both our Trust strategy and clinical offer and approach.

The #allofusconversation will start in February and last for eight weeks.

By having an #allofusconversation we can understand what you think we should do over the next five years, decide on how we will measure our impact and what will feel different, for who. We know the answers are with our colleagues, patients, service users, carers, their families and communities.

Please take part, we need to know your views and thoughts. We want to hear everyone’s voice. You can complete our survey by following this link
