Connecting people training

To become a community connector, you will need to complete three training sessions in full – this can be done as a block together or over time in the same training order. We are holding a few sessions using MS Teams, and some face to face. Please register for any of the training dates below by contacting the volunteer service on volunteer@swyt.nhs.uk or 07721649311 / 01924316426

Once registered we will acknowledge your place and provide you with more information. Once you have completed all sessions, we can register you as a trained community connector.

Remember, you can offer to give as much or as little time as you want to the programme.
