Connecting people training
To become a community connector, you will need to complete two, two hour training sessions in full – this can be done as a block together or over time in the same training order. Once you have completed both sessions, we can register you as a trained community connector.
For further information on the training, or to book your place, please visit the online Eventbrite links located below each session.
If you have any queries, please contact the equality and involvement team on InvolvingPeople@swyt.nhs.uk or alternatively, you can call 07387 534228 .
Remember, you can offer to give as much or as little time as you want to the programme.
