Letter from Santa

EyUp! your local mental health, community and learning disability NHS charity are teaming up with the North Pole to bring the magic of Christmas through your letter box with a ‘Letter from Santa’.

Do you know a special child who would enjoy the extra excitement of receiving their very own personalised letter from Santa himself, delivered straight to their home?

If you would like to order more than one letter please ensure you fill out a separate form for each individual child.

Donations

EyUp! have absorbed the cost of all materials and postage for this campaign, here at EyUp! we appreciate any support you can offer and hope this will help to make your child’s Christmas extra special. We recommend making a minimum donation of £5 per letter.
