Visiting guidance

As we’re based on a working hospital site we are still recording visitors for Test and Trace purposes. Visitors will be asked to wear a mask unless they are exempt and we ask all visitors follow good hand hygiene practices.  We also ask you please do not travel to the Museum if you’re feeling unwell or have any Covid symptoms such as a dry cough, a fever or shortness of breath.

Coach and minibuses

Unfortunately, coaches cannot park on site. We ask coach drivers to drop visitors off outside the main entrance to Fieldhead Hospital before parking off-site.

Mini-buses with no more than 16 seats can park on site if they can fit safely in a marked bay.

We recommend that you contact the museum to discuss your visit if you wish to visit by coach or mini-bus.
