Goal setting helped Maureen rediscover her talents and passions

Complex health issues quickly led to a very different life for active Maureen. COPD, breathing difficulties and asthma were hard to cope with, alongside arthritis. Low mood and a lack of motivation meant Maureen wasn’t good at self-care but goal setting and health coaching led to Maureen rediscovering talents and passions.
