Trevor has got his independence and had medication reviewed

Trevor has brittle bones and he’s also experienced anxiety and depression as well as a nasty bout of bronchitis. He’s a very independent person but needed a lot of visits from health professionals for pain management. Our service has helped Trevor get his independence back as well as his confidence in daily living.
