About the service

Barnsley NHS Talking Therapies (Formerly IAPT ) is a service that offers confidential support to individuals dealing with common mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), among others. Our service offers evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), counselling, and other psychological interventions that are delivered through workshops or one-on-one sessions.

The service aims to help individuals improve their mental wellbeing by equipping them with the tools and techniques to manage their symptoms effectively.

The team is currently offering a range of free workshops to help boost mental health and wellbeing.
