I move between an inpatient unit and an annexed flat in the grounds to deliver care to patients. Should I change my PPE or clothing?
PPE should be changed. However, clothing changes are not required if entering directly into another Trust building without leaving the grounds.

Housekeeping guidance previously has been to change PPE between every patient’s bedroom / toilet. Should we continue doing this?
Aprons and gloves should be changed. However masks should be used sessionally. A session refers to a period of time where the staff member is undertaking duties in a specific ward, care setting or exposure environment.
