‘The Mindful and Creative Wellbeing Project’ – with the Mindful maker CIC

Carolyn Hilton of Mindful Maker CIC, will be delivering a four week project exploring Expressive Drawing
and Painting and the mental health benefits of being present while creating. These sessions have been
designed around the interests of previous Recovery College learners that attended her Mindful Monday
workshops at the Howlands Centre in Dewsbury. Carolyn is a previous learner and volunteer with the college
with her own lived experience of mental and physical health challenges. For more information: https://
