What’s it about?
Winter leisure time activities, decided by attendees, after an initial four week introduction of activities – including games, quizzes, crafts, conversation, music, singing with taster sessions e.g. aromatherapy. Refreshments will be provided and for the evening sessions, a dry bar will be open. As this project covers the dark winter months and many people feel the effects as daylight shortens, SAD ( Seasonal Affective Disorder) lamps will be in place (and also available at regular lunchtimes throughout winter).

When?
This project will be on Tuesday early evenings 5-7pm (these sessions will offer themed social activities) starting 9 October. Also on Saturday afternoons 1-3pm (these sessions will be informal, visual arts themed ) starting 13 October. Please note that there will be a small charge for materials used.
