Mental Health Museum gets festive for Christmas

The Mental Health Museum and Creative Minds spread the festive spirit at Fieldhead this week with a Christmas-themed craft session for colleagues and service users. The free workshop on Tuesday 16 December saw visitors embrace creativity, producing artworks, cards, snow-globes and frames in a relaxing, fun and festive environment. 

The festivities continued on Thursday 18 December with a sing-along at the museum. Visitors got into the Christmas mood with traditional songs and music in a joyful environment with the opportunity to produce more crafts and artworks.

The sessions focused on spreading positivity and promoting mindfulness and wellbeing through creativity. Thank you to everyone who brought the festive cheer!
