Meet the team
Jane Milner, head of volunteer services
Jane’s role is to provide operational and strategic responsibility for the Trust volunteer service, to ensure the correct policies and processes are followed for all formal volunteers. She provides direct line management and supervision to the administration officers. Jane advises managers and services of their responsibility towards formal volunteers and represents the Trust within the community voluntary sector and partner organisations.
Ann Campbell, administration officer
Ann oversees the volunteer recruitment process with Joanna. She also prepares reports and updates statistics, and attends Trust and partner meetings to take minutes.
Joanna Hawden, administration officer
Joanna is responsible for the full HR recruitment process for volunteers across the Trust. She also coordinates all mandatory training for volunteers and inputs information into the Trust’s ESR system.
Dylan Degman, project manager – lived experience and volunteering
Dylan provides operational responsibility for the Trust volunteer service, management responsibility, coordination, and performance projects to enhance the offer to lived experience volunteers and volunteers.
Dylan works with services and the community to enhance the growth of the volunteer service offer.
