Together, all of us can improve.

We always do what is right for patients; it’s everyone’s responsibility to give them the best experience possible, as we want our care to be outstanding.

We must get from where we are to where we want to be.

We listen and act on what we are told, learning from concerns, comments, complaints and compliments, and we don’t wait for something to happen before acting.

You can do something to make a difference.

So, we greet people with ‘Hello my name is…’ and treat people with care and compassion.
