NHS community mental health survey 2021
The Trust will be carrying out a survey to find out what people who use our community mental health services think about their care.
This is part of a national programme, working with Care Quality Commission, to improve the quality of care and service users’ experiences. Taking part in the survey is voluntary and all answers are confidential.
If you are selected to take part, you will receive a questionnaire in the post and text message reminders.
