Under the National Health Service Act, we must make some of our registers and documents publicly available. We have the following available electronically:
- Register of interests of the directors (Trust Board) – further information on directors including declared interests can be found here
- Register of interests of decision making staff
- Constitution
- Licence (2013), Authorisation (2009, addendum 2012, addendum 2013) and Care Quality Commission (CQC) Registration
- Latest Annual Report and accounts including any report of the auditor on them
- Latest information as to forward planning
